The Happy Jam 2004 MoCCA Report
The Neil Jam and Happy Town camps made their way to New York City for the 2004 MoCCA Art Festival. Here's how it all went down. If the crowds look sparse, that's because most of the photos were taken in the morning before the doors opened to the public.
